The story from the start
Everything started with a single consultation.
The Vigor team came to us with a question facing many fitness enthusiasts in Kuwait: why is access to gyms, trainers, and sports services still scattered and exhausting? Separate subscriptions, WhatsApp bookings, and no unified way to discover the best.
In the first consultation we didn't discuss screens or colors — we dissected the problem itself: who is the user, what blocks them today, and where is the value that brings them back weekly? We left with a complete plan: one platform uniting gyms, trainers, and service providers, a brand worthy of the ambition, and a realistic launch roadmap.

Chapter one — Identity
A name, colors, and a personality that radiates energy.
Before any screen, we built the brand. Together with the team we chose the name "Vigor" — a word meaning vitality and strength, easy to pronounce in Arabic and English, compressing the platform's promise into one word.
Then we designed the complete visual identity: a dynamic logo suggesting motion, a palette blending athletic energy with business confidence, and balanced Arabic and English typography. We delivered a comprehensive brand guideline covering everything: logo usage, fonts, colors, sportswear, business cards, and stationery — so Vigor shows one polished personality at every touchpoint, from the app to a trainer's t-shirt.

Chapter two — The experience
With the identity ready, we structured the product: we mapped the full user journey — discovering gyms and trainers, booking and paying, tracking progress — and precisely defined the launch feature set, consciously deferring the rest.
We designed the interfaces screen by screen on that foundation: simple enough to use mid-workout, rich enough to make every visit worthwhile. Every design decision was tested in an interactive prototype before a single line of code.
Chapter three — The build
Three products, one system.
Vigor is not one app — it is a system of three products working together:
- Admin dashboard: full platform control — users, providers, content, and financial reporting.
- Vendor dashboard: a dedicated portal where gyms and trainers manage their own services, bookings, and revenue.
- The app: the end-user experience — discover, book, pay, and track, smoothly on iOS and Android.
We built all three in parallel through short development cycles: a new build every two weeks tested by the Vigor team themselves, with continuous QA catching issues early. The result? A full launch in just 5 months — with uncompromised quality.

Chapter four — Growth
Campaigns improving 200% month after month.
After launch, Gavan's growth team took the next phase: managing social accounts with on-brand content, and Instagram campaigns built with full methodology — a properly installed pixel tracking every conversion, landing pages designed for a single goal, and daily conversion analysis.
