Vouchers, Deals & Store App

Valuefit — Fitness Deals Platform

Valuefit — Fitness Deals Platform · Gavan Tech case study

The beginning

A simple question: why should athletes pay full price?

Fitness life is full of recurring costs: gym membership, trainer sessions, healthy meals, supplements, gear. Meanwhile, gyms, trainers, and restaurants are always hunting for new customers — and willing to offer real deals to reach them.

From that equation came Valuefit: a platform connecting both sides — vouchers with real discounts from gyms, trainers, academies, and healthy-food restaurants, bought and redeemed straight from the app… plus a built-in store for supplements and gear without leaving the app.

A different concept from Vigor — but starting from the same question we ask on every project: what is the real problem we are solving?

Chapter one — Identity & experience

Value and fitness… in one identity

We started as we always do — identity before screens:

  • The brand: a name carrying the idea (Value + Fit), and a bold crimson that signals energy and stands out from competitors' blues and greens.
  • UX/UI: a three-step journey — browse sections, pick the deal or product, pay and redeem. Promo codes and vouchers live at the heart of the experience, not as a side feature.
  • Arabic-first: RTL interfaces designed natively in Arabic, with categories the Kuwaiti athlete reads at a glance.

Chapter two — The build

A complete system behind one screen

  1. 01

    The user app + store

iOS and Android apps: browse deals, buy and redeem vouchers, and a built-in store for supplements and gear with full cart and checkout.

  2. 02

    The vendor dashboard

Every gym, trainer, and restaurant manages its own offers: creating vouchers, setting discounts, and tracking redemptions and sales in real time.

  3. 03

    The admin dashboard & backend

The platform's control room: vendor approval, sections, store and order management, and full reporting — on a backend built to scale.

Why this model works

Everyone wins — the secret of staying power

  • Users save on every membership, meal, and product — so they return to the app before any fitness purchase.
  • Vendors reach new customers with an offer they control — instead of ads they cannot measure.
  • The platform grows with every voucher sold and every store order — a dual revenue model from day one.

This is our second build in Kuwait's fitness market after Vigor — the same proven three-part system (app + two dashboards), with a completely different business concept. The right architecture adapts to any model.

The strongest apps are not the ones adding a new expense — they are the ones saving users money they already spend.

The takeaway

A different idea? The system is ready

Valuefit proved that our system — identity, UX, backend, admin dashboard, vendor dashboard, mobile apps — is built once and shapes itself to any idea: a services platform, vouchers and deals, or a specialized marketplace.
