The LOUNGE is a luxury winter tents project — private, fully equipped lounges for an exceptional experience worthy of families and friends seeking privacy.
But camping in Kuwait runs on a harsh equation: the season lasts only four months. No room for a slow launch or leisurely trial-and-error — every night a tent sits empty is a loss that cannot be recovered until next winter.
The project reached us before the season with no brand, no website, no audience. The brief: a complete launch that fills the calendar before the cold begins.

Before any design… a plan built to fill a season
We started from a blank page:
- Strategy: who is our audience? Families and friends wanting privacy and luxury, not traditional camping. Our price positioning? Tiered categories up to VIP. And when does each phase launch before the season? A week-by-week plan.
- Brand and logo: a simple, elegant L mark and a visual presence balancing camping warmth with a luxury feel — an identity that works on the signage, the website, and every post.

A live calendar… that sells the nights itself
We built theloungecamp.com as a fully customized booking system — no ready template:
- Live availability: customers see open days and times instantly and book online without a single phone call.
- Flexible slots and days: slot-based booking per day — with prices that differ between weekdays and weekends.
- Tiers and variable pricing: every lounge has its class — up to VIP suites with their own price and perks.
- Discount coupons: the campaign tool — a code per campaign and per influencer, so we know precisely what sells.
